CELEBRATE MUSIC, LEGACY AND CULTURE IN A TRULY MONUMENTAL WAY. The Essence Festival of Culture is a 3-day celebration of music, food, beauty, film and more, all designed to honor and uplift Black culture and identity. It all takes place July 3-5, 2026.

Sunday, July 5th, 2026 at the Caesars Superdome, New Orleans, LA. The Essence Festival of Culture brings together for one weekend only, a unique group of artists in the genres of R&B, hip-hop and soul. Sunday’s incredible lineup will also feature the debut of Cardi B, along with Latto, Kehlani, Patti LaBelle and Brandy & Monica, among others. In addition to Sunday’s concert performances at the Caesars Superdome, take some time to explore the thousands of activities, workshops and daytime programming available to you at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.

Cardi B

Cardi B is bringing her platinum-selling anthems including "Bodak Yellow," "WAP," and "I Like It" to her high octane show. As the first female solo rapper in history to win the Grammy Award for Best Rap Album with her debut album Invasion of Privacy.

Cardi B has collected 8 Billboard Music Awards, 14 BET Hip Hop Awards and holds 8 Guinness World Records among many other accolades. The fashion and beauty trailblazer is taking the industry by storm with her bold fashion statements that challenge boundaries and help redefine the hip-hop genre and culture. 

Latto

Songs like Big Energy and Sunday Service which have become huge hits, plus the best songs from her album Sugar Honey Iced Tea. She shows incredible talent as a singer, rapper, songwriter and record producer.

At 16 Latto was crowned winner of the first season of The Rap Game. Latto has since won multiple BET Awards, a BET Hip Hop Award, a Billboard Music Award and an MTV Video Music Award. 

Kehlani

Patti LaBelle

Brandy

The Caesars Superdome, one of the largest fixed-domes in the world, offers seating capacity of up to 83,000 at center stage. Offering a variety of seating options which include: Ground, Plaza, Loge, Suites (300 and 400 levels), Terrace (500/600 levels) and Press Box with ADA seating located throughout Caesars Superdome.

This is a cashless venue with a variety of dining and beverage options available through many concessions locations throughout the building. From traditional stadium fare such as hot dogs, nachos and beer to the unique and gourmet offerings, there is something for everyone.
